Those tyres clear with full articulation? Foof, that must be tight![]()
It has supa pro bushes each end of the front lower arms(which are the wider bush defender ones), I would think that they limit how far the front diff moves back compared to chopped out/split rubber ones.
It doesn't have huge flex, front shockers are listed as "perentie with 10,000 lb winch" and std Isuzu bump stops, rears are 50mm longer with 25mm lowered bump stops.
IF the tyre did rub a little under full flex it would not bother me that much,I prefer the exhaust outside the chassic.

Having lower bump stops might help? That being the case would make me hesitate still. The inward angle of the wheel is obviously most on bump stop.
Without too much reasoning, I like the idea of the exhaust in the factory spot inside the chassis, but each case will vary of course. Depends on what other mods you have going on!![]()
And an extended rear bump stop won't change front wheel clearance, whilst the front bump stops on Isuzu One Tens are longer than later Defender bump stops anyway...

I feel disorientated.
Help?
Assume you're saying the exhaust won't fit in that gap, but I'm struggling to understand what the photo is of...
