    Ok. Boost gauge on inlet side of I/c, topping out at 19psi.
    4th gear, 100k, 500egt, 17psi
    5th gear, 100k, 500egt, 13psi.
    Was topping out at 22psi when hooked up to wastegate line.

    Undulating road.
    Now to find a hill.

    Yeah, should be 1psi max drop across an intercooler.

    With 3psi pressure drop and minimal temp drop I'd ditch it. Run a pipe instead and set the wastegate for ~20psi using your pressure regulator.

    Fuel boost fuel boost fuel boost fuel boost.
    Screw is out 3.25 turns, screwed the actuator in 3.5 turns.
    The guy sitting next to me used to tune cars, buggies, 4x4's for the finke desert race etc....and a diesel mech. Getting to 690 egt's, boosting at 24psi very quick, and getting to the governor in no time.
