4x4 had the Isuzu 4BD1-RBG, while the 6x6 had the 4BD1T-RBG.
Gearbox was the LT95A, with integral transfer case, although the 6x6 naturally had the 3rd axle drive incorporated into the case.
Hello folks, what engine and gearbox did the Perentie have fitted from the factory?
Is the flywheel housing for the 4BD1 to the Perentie gearbox available to buy,
Cheers.

No, the casing is the same between 4x4 and 6x6, but the drive for the 3rd axle comes out of the hole that is usually used for the rear PTO. You can fit a PTO to the bottom of the 6x6 case, which can be directed to either the front or the rear.
