tossing a couple of things around in my tiny little mind
toying with a 4bd1/ lt95 -> 85 range rover conversion project
it has a long stick lt77 and 3.5 in it at present.
i imagine i will have to modify the floor pan ?
and modify the engine mounts etc etc
are there any gotcha's that make it a real pia?
am i better off picking an earlier one that had an lt95 to start with?
or ?

Dave looks as if you are battling to find to many wise ones . Hold out for a T as you will eventually want one and go the isuzu box as you will need 5th .Also refrain from wrapping the stainless exhaust

If you already have the 4BD1 and an attached Rover box, try to find a good LT85. The overdrive really makes the car as a touring vehicle. With 3.54 diffs rpm at 100 k's is 2000 and 220 rpm at 110 k's.
