Well dropped the sump on this motor this evening, that was a waste of a sump gasket! Its spotless inside, bores look great.
So i'll goo the sump back on, replace the front timing case seal, give it a dulux rebuild and its done!
Then when i build a new transcase, chuck it in.😊

I hope so. I just don't like going to all the effort of changing something over and thinking I should have rebuilt that first
But the gearbox needs second gear synchro doing, and I need to build a transcase with atb, and we are looking at selling our house, so this engine will go in when I do the transcase and gearbox, no real rush.
Now, back to the new w2a intercooler

Yeah, was thinking the other day that the Rangie doesn't look like its hurrying along, so I might have to come over for a look while its in bits.
I'm tied up for the next few weekends with family stuff, but maybe late Nov before the silly season....
BTW - I'm chasing some EAS rangie front shock mounts in case you know of any over your way.
