    Truck sump drain

    So should i plug this up or use it, or use the sump off my na motor.
    Guessing its a drain from the breather canister thingy

    Yep that is exactly what it is Damien. You could use it for a provent drain or similar, but probably too small in diameter for a turbo drain.

    My thoughts were for the provent drain, although they are at complete opposites in the engine bay. Think I may just remove the sump of my NA motor and fit that instead.

    Best idea IMO.
    Would be a good time to get something welded in the opposite side though if you DO need a Provent drain....
