    Gap between rocker arms... 4BD1T

Hi everyone, I had my rocker cover off the other day to do valve clearances and noticed that there is a gap between the rocker arms, it appears that one has worn thin maybe... Is this from wear and should it be shimmed?

I have a bit of a rattle at high speed (or revs maybe...) and wonder if this might be the cause.

    I have a 4BD1T engine, 1993.

    Cheers,

My first and last rockers have play and I'm sure it is contributing to a rattle.

Let me know if you find any shims.

300tdi valve washers are a perfect size. They are the ones under the valve springs.
