Service schedule (check list) for Isuzu LT95/85

Does anyone have anything similar to the following for servicing a 4BD1/T with a LT95/85 box.

I will probably do most of my own servicing in the future so a check list would be useful and make a good service record of how the vehicle was maintained.

    thanks

Thought I'd add my 2 cents worth. A couple of things often forgotten are the grease nipples on the water pump bearing (passenger side & hard to see) and under the bottom belt pulley on air con models.

Yes I only noticed the water pump grease nipple about six mths ago when that short section of hose needed replacing.

    The semi Current EMEI

Before the security nazis get to it this is a copy of the file that is given to authorised repair agents to reproduce for their grease monkeys when we send off 110's for civvie servicing.

Ive compared it to the Uncontroled set of 110 emei's that I nabbed from up north when I was turning spanners there and its near on identical.

a couple of phone calls, some emailing and here it is.

a civvie copy of the emei that I get to use at work.

no you cant have the refered EMEI's the mob I got to give these back to me didnt get them.

I take it these grease nipples aren't present on all engines?

Mine is from a JDM truck, I'm sure it doesn't have them. But now you've got me worried.

You may not have them, but they are easy enough to find if you know you are looking for them. So if I were you, I'd grab a light and a rag and have a look.

thanks very much Dave. That's great. I was interested to note these prescribe a 10000km service interval. I thought it was five. 10 suits me.
