where is your I/C? front mounted, full width, air to air?
It's a large water/air on the far side of that photo.
Not yet plumbed in though, I'm currently switching from 10spline to 24 spline axles in the hope of preventing future issues.
    Back one is in.

There're some interesting variations in here.

Starting with the rocker covers, the one Rar110 posted up which is completely flat on top and has no diaphragm valve under it, ones like mine with the short hump at the back and others like Larns with a longer hump.

Then intake manifolds, at least 3 of those. The one Def90 just posted up looks the best of the lot and similar to the one AndrewE fitted up not long ago.

EVERY factory 110 or stage 1 with a 3.9D that I have seen has had the flat rocker cover.

Does that make them industrial engines, rather than automotive?
Do they have the acoustic cover on the timing gear case?

The dump pipe is 3 inches. It drops down to inside the chassis rail and hangs off the v8 exhaust mounting points.

As far as I know all 110 Isuzu's have the timing cover, cover. Not sure about the stage 1's.
