If you can't get them in the UK, try The Netherlands. A new AULRO member from there is in the process of fitting a 4BD1-T to a 130 so they are available in the Euro zone.

I remember reading that Isuzu are the largest manufacture of small diesel engines in the world. When I last spoke to my local Isuzu truck dealer about a spare part, he told me that the 4BD1 engine is still manufactured.
Surely you local Isuzu truck place can get spares for a 4BD1. Some of them want to know the truck details - I assume it is then easier to look up.
