I changed from a 6 bolt steering box to a 4 bolt when I swapped the V8 for the Isuzu in my County. I had to get one hose made up, but only because it was two different motors.
I'm guessing you have an Isuzu with a 3 bolt box ? I just had a look at the 3 bolt in my 120 Isuzu and at a glance I would say that you would be able to do a straight swap from the 3 to the 4 without any mods. Someone else might be able to confirm this.

    Cheers

I haven't done it, but I believe that they are fully interchangeable except you can expect to have to change hoses.

    Thanks Rijidij
It is an Isuzu county with a 3 bolt box, so we will think about getting one once the 3 bolt dies.

we did expect to have to change a few miner things like hoses but they are no problem.
