This is all very well and good, spirited discussion and all, but remember to play nice, please.
No calling each other names, I don't like tears and tantrums when someone gets too upset.

Shhhh Tim, I'd forgotten all that stuff over the years, some of it I never learnt in the first place

The important thing to take away from this evenings lecture in Thermodynamics and the further studies of gasses and heat energy, is that fitting a BBQ cylinder and a hose to your 4BD1 County,(Or ANY vehicle for that matter) is a very silly thing to do, and turboing is the true messiah in Isuzu performance.

turboing is the true messiah so true, and looking at the costs ( now that this is a topic) I would sagest that there isn’t much difference.
May be a poll to get the fumigated drivers to post there views ( incognito and with no fear of being flamed)
    Something like

I have fumigation and its bullocks
I don’t have fumigation and its bullocks

I have fumigation and its bullocks and I have better overall economy in $$ per 100 klm

I have fumigation and its bullocks and i have more power, Ya Baby

i have fumigation and its bullocks and i have more power and economy, Eat my dust Baby.

Well, when your engine goes bang, drop me a PM and I will quote you on a new one, minus LPG, which if added, will void the warranty!!

Me thinks that in the immortal words of Prof. Julius Sumner-Miller, the energy in this thread 'has been spent', and like the egg into the funnel, lets wrap it up..

    Thanks,
