I don't have a dyno, but I do have a large man made viaduct with a known slope. That lets me calculate power and torque to the ground but only for certain speed/load combinations.
From that I have 75kw at the ground at 2000rpm in 4th gear. If you assume 35% driveline loss then that's 535Nm. My 275mm Isuzu clutch is holding up fine, but it's a new plate with flywheel faced and pressure plate buffed up.
The factory fuel pump in 105kw 4BD1T like mine is calibrated to provide around 60 cc per thousand shots.
External adjustments can allow it to deliver 140 cc/thousand shots. Well over twice the stock fuelling which gives you over double the stock torque if you can get enough air in.
Enough air to burn 140cc per thousand shots cleanly is around 24psi with a very good intercooler. Carcrafter22 on 4btswaps did that with a Holset turbo and front mount intercooler.
