If you don't mind paying stealer prices, Isuzu dealership / spare parts places should have them, as it is the standard 4BD1 sump fitted to anything but a Land Rover.

    Isuzu part number BJ 8-94466361-0

As I understand it, all but newest civvy 110 & 120 4BD1's had winged sumps to improve lubrication at steep inclines. The military use wingless sumps to provide PTO winch shaft clearance to the front.

I bought one off GWD Enterprises ~4 months ago, to fit a 3 inch exhaust between the chassis rails and hopefully a PTO winch shaft as well. I haven't seen any at his shop for a while.

    Ahh.

I did a reverse lookup and that part no. appears under the Perentie SRV but not other models. Odd.

Damian, 8944663610 is the correct number for the wingLESS sump and I do have one sitting in my shed - but its on my spare engine and you cant have it. They are the same as the truck ones so should be relatively easy to get hold of one...............Regards..Brian

My sump on the 4BE1 looks identical to the "wingless" sump as in the picture.

Has anybody moved the drain plug on their sump to make oil changes easier and cleaner ??? Any pics
