I will try and take some pics on the week end. Pretty simple set up really. Although I did think of a few more complicated ideas before I thought of this setup.

Four pieces of foam laminated together with as small access holes as possible for the gear lever and transfer lever. A further two free moving pieces of foam sitting flat on top covering the lever holes that move with the gear lever and transfer lever.
