Plenty of rust
.
Actually I should'nt say that until I've had a pretty good look.
The gearbox is really noisy, but the gears are all there.
Plan is to get it a lot more presentable, cut out the rusty bits etc, either fix the existing lt85 or find a bell housing & put in a really good lt95 I have and then sell it and make 20 grand ( ok maybe 2 grand)
UNLESS, I get carried away and spend so much money on it I will have to keep it as I'll never recover the expense.
That principle has worked a treat in the past.
It cost me $3400 to get it and another $100 for the towie job.

Snap.
Looks just like mine, except for the lift up door handles.
Sweet.

I've been following the auction and wondered if you were successful, it looks pretty good from the pics.
I think you should remove the winch bar though, and send it to me

Congrats DeeJay. Looking forward to seeing the full report on it ! I decided not to bid on it - the rust issues were too big a job for my skillset, glad you got it.
