    Turbo Boost Sensor

I finally got around to installing the intercooler, can anyone tell me if there is a optimal position for the Turbo Boost Sensor to be connected, it was connected to the flat spot on the bridging piece that went over the motor, now gone, I was going to connect up to the last pipe going in line before the inlet manifold, thought I might ask first.

IMHO for your case, choose wherever is most convenient. I'm assuming it is just for a pressure gauge.

Just remember that it is sensing pressure at that location and the pressure drops from the compressor outlet to the manifold.

So the last pipe before the 90 degree silicon elbow below the In Manifold is an easy location, will it give a good reading to the Boost gauge.

If you have an intercooler pre intercooler will give you what the turbo is making post inter cooler whats going into the valves

If youre post intercooler you can get away with piercing a barb into the hose, secureing the barb with either a silicon amalgamating tape of the same colour of the hose or the same thing with the emergancy tape stuff. then plug that onto your boost sense line.

    Should be ok.

BTW, you might think about fitting some kind of capillary/orifice/filter in the signal line, near the gauge so the needle does not bounce about too much.

I never noticed it bouncing when we had a non-intercooler setup, does adding an intercooler change things react?

Some gauges need them, some don't.
If you didn't need an extra restrictor before, you won't need one now.
