    My 86 Isuzu

Well. It's taken me a while but here's some pics and info about my County I have had for a few months now.

    It has the following;

    It's done 238,000 miles. ( The mph speedo is a mystery )

Major engine rebuild in late 05 including r&R pistons , new exh valves , new inlet valves , a 4BB1 engine kit ( whatever that means ), a rebuilt LT 95 box , rebuilt fuel pump, diesel gas injection , respray ( it was the baby pooh brown color)
It came complete with the following ( not fitted when bought) ; a snorkel , rearmost seats , side steps, box of fuel and oil filters , gaskets and a Garrett turbo.

Will need 2 posts for extra photos

Looks very nice, you have done a good job. The interior looks very clean and yes I also wonder about the MPH speedo. Haven't seen that one before. Maybe it was an import from somewhere.....Brian

Am I correct in assuming it has an Isuzu 4BB1 engine (smaller sibling of the 4BD1)?

That is a fantastic looking 110, great choice of colour and rims etc. That is my desired model, the early one with galv cappings and knuckle buster door handles, with the LT95

    Enjoy it.

    Thanks Guys

I had to do a bit of tidy up but generally it's in pretty good cond.
The idea is to sell the D2 TD5 next March and build the 110 up into our offorader.
The engine is a 4BDI , I think the engine kit info on the docket may be a typo.

Total cost for parts back when it was done was $ 1500.

The color is not a LR color but what the heck it tidies it up

    G'day Pete,
Have you checked the casting at the L/H side bottom of the engine block.......just to be sure

We're looking forward to doing a trip with you in your new truck mate. Didn't get much of a chance to check it out at the last meeting.

We might run an Isuzu Landy club trip sometime, when I find the time to organise something. Members of this forum would also be most welcome to come along.

    Cheers, Murray

Mate, I've been to Tassie only once, and I would love to go back again to cover the stuff we couldn't fit in last time. We basically did a loop, down the west coast and up the east coast. I'd love to explore more of the west next time.
I hate sitting on that blasted ship for 10 hours, but you never know where we might end up.

    Cheers, Murray
