    Isuzu shutdown actuator.

There was some information a year or 2 back in this forum about an Asian supplier of a replacement device. This may be the best source if you cant find one at a truck wrecker.

Edit: Here is a link to a thread that discusses it.

And a link with wiring info

yeah I know JC, but I would like to fit a turbo timer, so I don't have to sit in the car as it cools down. What temp do you shut down.

I have a intercooler to try its out of a 2005 td5 defender, I am thinking of trying this for a while as money is short now after the engine conversion.

About 200 degrees upstream temps, usually no kore than 2 to 3 minutes MAX on a hot day driven hard.

Turbo timers aren't a good option IMHO, you are better off just sitting there with the A/C on and enjoying the dulcit tones of a 4BD1 at idle

Nothing intrinsic against a pull to stop, but there is an ADR requirement from the early eighties for all engines to stop when the ignition is turned off. It is unlikely you would be in trouble from it, but you should be aware of the requirement.
