I have to say they so far have been easy to deal with Has just sent me an invoice for the damage and bank details. Very good communication.
I will take this into my local bank to sort it so things go smoothly as I have never made a OS transaction via the Internet before.

I bought one from them a couple of years ago. I just went to my bank and asked them to transfer the required amount in Singapore dollars to their nominated account. The item arrived promptly in a few days.

Found a 120" cable for the 120" Land Rover to do the job till the new actuator arrives as sick of lifting the bonnet 50 times a day

I got around to fitting this thing today.
As others have found it involved swapping the plug and harness, then soldering the active and earth from the electric motor. It will also need to be well earthed from the black wire to the vehicle as is double insulated.
I have relocated the actuator up under the right wing just forward of the brake master cylinder so it isn't lying in wet crud anymore.
