    Shock mounts continued...

In conjunction with Dranged's post about compound turbo setups http://www.aulro.com/afvb/isuzu-land...bo-set-up.html I thought I better take the discussion about shock mounting and under bonnet space to a new thread...
The discussion was in regards to shock mounting to achieve more room for "stuff" under the bonnet and was quite interesting to see what options there are such as this :

What I am wondering is if anyone has other close ups? Or any pics of how shocks can be mounted to the diff end would be great as I am considering this option ...shocks lengths and spring heights would also be handy..

If anyone would like to add pics or comments it would be great...

I think you will find that most who "outboard" the shock from the coil, are picking up the front RA bolt same as the EAS Rangies....

you can even buy the OEM EAS top shock mount that will outboard mount the top. Of coarse it may need to be modified to suit your shock length as opposed to the OEM shock length.

Matt Lee was one of the first guys to do tubular bolt on shock mounts, offering standard postsition and double shock set up by outboarding the front. He is also the guy behind the original Mach 5 wheels.
