that wasnt half of it, the woman didnt know where to look for the vin number and asked me to read it out then said stuff it to the engine number and asked me to read it off the RWC hahahahahaha fk they hire chimps at the RTA

Their actual words were that's a rare car (it's a D2) and it doesn't look like a preying mantis so I wouldn't bother wasting your money mate.
The Vic roads chick on the phone said i should not buy a car without a RWC as its against the law...............i pointed out to her regardless of what she says i can buy a car without a RWC.....old owner sends paperwork to vic roads and i get 28 days to get a RWC or the reg is cancelled.........she didnt like that but it is the LAW 100%.............funny how few know this. Kinda the same as its not mandatory to vote in australia UNLESS you enroll............and they cant touch you if you have not enrolled
