    Auto's or manuals?

    which are faster to 60?
    just for arguments sake,
    same cars, just gearbox difference.

    and preferably from THIS century

    There are so many combinations these days mate - whats it mean anymore.

    traditional manual gearbox.
    Auto-shifting twin cluitch manual gearboxes.
    traditional Automatic gearboxes
    CVT's

    etc etc etc.


    I reckon ... What it comes down to is: Do i spend a lot of time in traffic.
    It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

    In the modern era of cars I beleive it's considered that the autos are quicker.

    Which I am unsure of myself.

    But I am certain the manuals were much quicker in the older and heavier vehicles.
    I rule!!!

    Depends on how good the driver is at heel and toe gearchanges.
