Ambrose at 90%??!......If He's at 90%, He'll be nowhere,...it's that close these days.
It's not only Ambrose, Penske is bringing in 4-5 of his own guys who've for sure been on top of their game in Nascar, but our COTF is a whole different animal, so it's gonna take them some time to get on top also.
I'm not going to predict how He'll go, initially, but after a few races next year, the othere drivers will know He's there, and in the latter half of the year, I'd expect him to be close to the front,...... if he's got the right car.
And eventually He will have the RIGHT car & crew, I'm just not sure how long it will take.
The secret of 888 is that 95% of their guys have been with them forever, ...HRT has a reasonable amount of dollars, but even they've had the wrong guys, & it's taking them a while to get up to speed,...even with the dollars......I reckon the same will be the case for Penske-Ambrose.
