I guess not..
Thanks for the offer Jason, I think it is the fan but not really sure. Sam needs a new one for uni,, so I will probably buy her one and take hers as a hand-me-down. Bloody kids :D
Thanks for the linky on the camper - I would love to one day - but depends if anyone ever comes away with me . Whilst I travel alone - the 109 is big enough....
Yeah i like the tear drop campers i have seen some good offroad ones on that site & seen lots of variants as well..
Whats every body been upto today, I been working on the sliders & have just about got them finished , There wasn't any interuptions today so got a bit done . no stop starts today..:o:D...
Hey Paul whats Sam studing at Uni...
I managed to get out of the house and down to the shops today - picked up a few DVDs with a voucher I've had for a while (Mad Max collectors ed, Downfall and Hot Fuzz!).
Got the wife to drive me down in the IIA - she was NOT happy! Looks like the power steering project has the green light...
Sent my motorbike out yesterday to live with a mate for a while - he's waiting for his to get back from Siagon so will ride mine for a few weeks. He's going to give it a clean for me when he's done so it can get sold... I'll miss the bike and miss riding but I'm not going through 6 months of bloody rehab again!
Cheers,
Adam
Well, I put new rubbers around the vents under the windscreen today - that was a bit 'awkward' but they are done now.
I also sanded down my pathetic efforts on the rim of the steering wheel (the hub looks magic) and started again on that. It is starting to look good already after one coat. I'll sand and paint 3 or 4 more times before I am happy, though.
Talked on the phone to 2 of my sons, a niece and my older brother - all in all, it's been a busy one.
Hey drifter did you use the origanal type or the later type. I put the later type on mine they are much easier to put on, A little bit of glue stick em on & shut the vents to hold in place....
Hey Adam thats great but i don't know about that hot fuss movie  .
Yeah i bet you'll miss the bike, Maybe talk the wife into leting you get a pit bike they are AWESOME fun........
The power steering is well worth it , Makes it like a modern car well for a landy anyway, Although mine is easier to steer than Karen 4runner..
I'm realy starting to get itchy feet & have looked at selling my car  . been looking at some lada nivas, had one before i brought it after it was rolled & staighted it all out then sold it..
Some of the early subaru's would make a good project..
