Trying to get a quote for solar panels for the roof of the house. First company rang and made an appointment to be here for 10am yesterday..........didn't turn up or phone:confused: Soooo if they contact me I'll tell them to **** off.
Another company has made an appointment for 9.30 this Friday...we'll see what happens there.
Another company has contacted me and I have to get back to them to arrange an appointment.
There is nothing worse than people not sticking to arranged times.
Fingers crossed the other two work out.

Anyrate, another company supposed to be here at 9.30am this morning, so we will see what happens.
I rang another well known company after a recommendation from a friend and they were very friendly and said they would have a rep here next Monday at 4pm.:D
Yahoo, the rep actually turned up and spent 3/4 of an hour going through everything. He was very polite and professional (as you would expect) and he will e-mail me a detailed quote early next week. At last we are making progress.:)
Well, after talking to people who have installed solar panels and also to another rep from a solar company, I'm not going ahead with it. We simply don't use enough power and it would take nearly ten years to recoup my costs, before I come out in front.
Was an interesting exercise though. I'm glad I looked into it, because I now know a lot more about solar panels. A major concern also is the gummit keeps changing the goal posts.
