Embarrassment

Well had my meeting with mental health yesterday. Went well. There where 3 people that came. Lots of talking & answering questions. They asked me what I wanted out of all this. I said I honestly don't know. I said I'm happy where I am I can go out if I have to & sometimes when I want to. But at times I need it to be easier to do. So they going to work with me on ways to cope better. First off the new medication. Start that tomorrow I think. I just worry it make me feel sick. I don't deal with that very well at all. I have the specialists appointment in a few weeks as well.

G'day Jason,

Gee three people coming into your own private space at the one time. That would have been very hard to take. I bet you felt like having a nice quite bolt away into another room or outside. "Excuse me I just have to go and check on the gnome outside...." Did they stagger their arrival so only one person came into your house at a time so you could adjust to their presence? Or did they all just bowl in all at the one time? The word "overwhelm" springs to mind.

It was really different actually. Leading up to it I wasn't nervous the night before I had a good sleep considering I haven't been sleeping well at all. I wasn't nervous while they where here either very strange.

Mite have something to do with the fact all I wanted to do was get out & work on Harry. I'm raising the body as its low. Nearly done that.

I did start my new medication today. I was more worried about that then there visit cause if it made me feel sic I don't cope well with that. So far ok. But first day.

These new tablet I'm on. I have to take with food. I don't eat breakfast. So have to have a bit of toast so I can take it. Not used to it. Or I have to wait till I have something to eat & take it. The old ones I would just take with my first morning cuppa. Don't know what would happen if I just did the same with these new ones but wish I could just take with me cuppa so it taken.
