How're the peepers coping Lionel, settling down?
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
G'day Ian,
Thanks for the post. Status would be - pretty good so far; touch wood.I can get the left contact lens in usually within three attempts. With the right eye I am still learning to master the technique. Or it is mastering me
While the lenses are in they are great, it is very busy seeing properly again. The amount of data involved in the texture of different things all at once within the field of view is a bit overwhelming when the lenses are first put in. Multiple blurs from the past series of months consist of a lot less data for the brain to processes.
The lens removal process is also still at the learning stage and improvements can be made with the current techniques.
My levels of angst towards putting the right contact lens in is lessening each day. The number of attempts and amounts of saline fluid is also starting to slowly drop in amount. Levels of frustration and the frequency of rude words is also decliningJack the Border Collie still becomes scarce during contact lens insertion time as he has delicate ears and is rather timid.
Kind Regards
Lionel
Glad to hear you are getting used to them Lionel, just be careful not to drop one on the pavement or carpet.
