    Negative Feedback please.... Tombie Chips

Just received an email that had me thinking...

So I ask this of the forum...

Those who are NOT happy with my products... Please post what you're NOT happy with, what you would change and any other comments about the product...

Don't complain about being hard to contact though! Because it's unlikely to change in the next year - Sorry...

So come on - step right up and take a shot at the products....

I'll use it to make sure they only get better...

Not really a criticsm of your products mate but after repeated attempts to contact you and eventually getting a reply requesting some info, I haven't heard from you. I understand that you work shifts etc, and I accepted that you might take several weeks to get back to me, but not hearing from you for several months???????????

Is there an easy to find list of your products with a description of what they do?

Your products aren't the issue. If you get emails, respond to them. Business is based upon customer contact and service. Waiting a week or more (or no reply at all) from someone who wants your money does not give a buyer an easy feeling about parting with hard earned dollars to a seller who appears not too bothered or concerned about whether they make a sale or not. Saying that I want to hear your complaints, but only the ones that I want to hear about doesn't create realistic response to a survey.
Business is about exchange of goods in a timely manner, not at someones leisure. Customer service is part of the product you sell.

    Cheers,

    Jason

PS This is not meant to offend you Tombie, It is the reason why I didn't purchase a chip upgrade off you.

    Not offended at all...
My contact ability is at it's absolute worst these past 12 months (or more).

Your honesty is more than appreciated...

All feedback is appreciated - received and is being put together in an attempt for me to put it all "on track".

I have so many concepts, ideas and designs in my head, on paper and in CAD drawings.

If I can get some things to fall into place I know it will all work.

At the moment, work and house renovations (workshop) are still ongoing and finding time for emails and family are tight - no excuse really - but I'm struggling to juggle it all.

The only criticism i have is the lack of contactabilty
The first one i had done worked great the next one got sent to you which you had for about two weeks and then returned it without doing anything to it. The only good thing is you didn't invoice me for but still cost me $30 for freight.I'm still wanting have it done though
