Just finished a dozen prawns cooked on the BBQ with a bit of butter and garlic. Mmmmm. Very nice, washed down with Sauvignon Blanc.

Everyone has now picked up their prawns.

    Cheers

Ron I have never cooked prawns on the BBQ,thawing some at the moment for dinner, may do the fish and prawns on the BBQ.
I prefer to shell them and crumb them.
If you are looking for a really good crumb mix you wont go past KookAKrumb Lemon Pepper Bread Crumbs.
    ENJOY

Sad to say I overcooked them and they were a tad dry All my fault.
I do have a large plow disc thats converted to a wok,I used to cook koonacks in it when I was a farm worker, next time I will use that.
Then I can throw onions chillis and garlic and olive oil in it,all from my garden including the olive oil

    Hi All,

Hope your Christmas was a blast.
Did up the first box for Xmas day, half boiled for the more traditional peel & eat and did the other half (peeled & devained) on skewers with chilli flakes, garlic olive oil & a bit of sea salt, everyone enjoyed.

    Cheers,

    Peter.

Grab a Jalapeno chilli plant from bunnings, easy to grow, none of this "chilli flake" bussiness mate
