2 new units on the way to Australia via urgent courier to replace the damaged ones, as we would expect completly free of charge...
Since we start to sell these turbos,we have send arround 30 units to all over the world and only 2 were damaged... exactly the ones that were send in the same day, so it must have been the same "idiot" who wrecked them ( probably has a toyota or a nissan :D and he is jealous )
Has a precaution for the future:
New packages for the turbo units are gona be made
Differente courier service will be used.
