How are people finding their Hybrid turbos?
Less turbo lag?
After researching and reading up on it I ordered one two weeks ago, so looking forward to receiving mine in the next two weeks. Jose was really helpful.
My current stock turbo is on it's way out, I think it's getting worse too. I think if possible, a gasket is shot and it's mixing in oil resulting in burning it, sure smells like it.
Really happy with mine. Don't really notice any lag at all. You'll love it that's for sure. If you have a gasket gone i wouldn't be putting the new turbo on. Enjoy the power when you get it.:D

Sorry I meant turbo gasket, not head gasket. Nothing to suggest head gasket gone.. Yet haha. Got a guy here who really knows his td5's so I'm sure he'll set it right.

I've been trying to get TD5Inside to respond to a request on a VNT since the end of last month... anyone heard from them on anything else?

I've tried direct emails to their gmail address they used for previous stuff and a PM here, but no joy. I hate to sound like a grump, but the allisport VNT is a fair bit cheaper and since their intercooler arrives today I guess I probably would have had it by now....
How you can be on Facebook (various posts in the last two weeks) and not reply to PMs or direct emails for a $2k+ sale baffles me....
