Hi AULRO,
Very happy customer here.
My first experience with Roverlord was getting my 97 year old mother to order parts for me online while I was on a wee little island in the Pacific. Didn't know them from a bar of soap but Mario and Heather made sure everything arrived to her place in the Country overnight - something that has literally never happened before where we live.
Since coming back to Australia, I have had ongoing dramas with a Dodgy D2 I purchased. This has lead to a lot of back and forth with Mario and Heather both for parts, advice and moral support when I am ready to give up. Not once have I had incorrect parts sent and I have even had parts I needed sent "in advance" because they knew I needed them but wasn't in a position to order them.
Bloody awesome people and I wish they had been around 34 years ago when I first started playing with Rangies.
Cheers, Charlie in Strathbogie.
Heather & Mario,
Thanks for the fabulous service over the years, surely no-one could complain. Then again, sour grapes for breakfast might upset some people.
I have always found your service to be above and beyond any thing expected from a 'normal' business.
Thanks again Guys. :D

I have searched for but not found anywhere on here where there is a list of Vendors with links to their websites. I now have Roverlords details , thanks to Justin C for that , but shouldn't there be a page for Vendors details? or am I missing the point somehow?
cheers,
D
Thank you Charlie for your kind words.
As I have told many that I have dealt with through the business and have become long time friends as well, it's not always about the money. There are other reasons also. Having battled for many years after a spinal injury, and being told by specialists that I will never be able to be gianfully employed again by someone, it gives me gratification being able to help others and rise up and establish a successful business. As one of my specialist's said, it's great that I have been able to reinvent myself where a lot of people just lay down a give up.
That is is often more important than merely trying to make a quick fast buck. There's plenty of fight left in this old boy ;)
Cheers, Mario
