    No worries mate.
    The zinc coating will probably make a significant difference.
    My bar is one of those ARB Landrover stamped ones (2003 Defender)
    with a bracket that goes on both sides of the chassis rail.

    One of your guards will fit ??

    Philco put me down for a standard one then I guess...

    I will have to get my handfs on some of those recovery hook thingy's
    Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......

    From your response to Frantic, an ARB type would also fit mine??
    And what cost for unpainted ... straight steel. The I could get it hot dipped.

    Reason .. I'm a bit anal about powder coating. After 7 years it's starting to fail on my b/bar. The side steps/sliders were powder coated and have rusted out completely.
