    I believe the ARU has sat on its hands for too long, regarding the 7's team. They took far too long to select a coach, decided to develop size, over speed, in their players, and now have a team of lumbering giants, as opposed to the Kiwis & Blitzbokkies. Cooper will not make much of a difference, IMO. Once again, the ARU just don't seem to get it.
