    Be interesting to see how wide the ruling is as has potential to impact on plenty of other 'tech' businesses where they obtain competitive advntage through operating outside of the regulation applied to competitors in same sector.

    For example - not intended to be exhaustive - airbnb an IT business or a hotel operator. Another is Google an IT business or is it an advertising agency?
