    Tachometer

    I'm needing to measure the rpm's with regard to fitting a new carby. I'm looking at Jaycar $79 ish. There are plenty others on the net a lot cheaper but I always feel you get what you pay for. Any recommendations please ? I wont hold it against you!

    Do you want tachometer to mount in the dash, or a temporary unit? If temporary, do you want a laser operated digital unit, or an analog unit incorporated within a dwell meter?

    not a dash mounted job thanks Mate - just a hand held with a digital read-out.
