    gawd I love crawling under caravans,,,

    it is shiny for 20 year old steel,,

    Thanks for the photos.
    Get all four arms off and get em looked at, fixed and gussetted. The loads will still be there but hopefully once beefed it should last a goodly while.

    Classic HAZ failure at from what I can figure is the maximum point of load for lateral forces (camber control). I presume the cracks are on one of the leading (front) arms? Essentially all trailer single trailing arm failures I have seen are similar to yours. Lateral forces are huge, especially when there is no left to right load transfer.
