[QUOTE=goingbush;1742366]Some pics of the new Van, Ive already attacked it with the hole saw
After troubles with dust ingress on the Jayco I decided to fit a Clean Air pressure system on the new Van ,
I'm interested, how do you deal with the open vents for the fridge & stove when pressurising or is there that much air going in, pressure is still positive.

Here is our Jimboomba Excalabur camper, i think the silver car goes nicely with the silver camper.

sorry, missed your post (been sidetracked)
the fridge front is completely sealed ex factory , so the vents are left open as normal. I put a 100mm flange and Inspection Opening (screw on lid) over the external stove vent , I usually cook outside anyway, and a cardboard with foam on one side goes between the doors to block the door vent whilst on dirt roads.
the van seals so good its impossible to open or close the pop top unless you crack the roof vent open
so you do need a pretty good seal for the posetive pressure to work, the air still finds lots of places to get out, those same places dust would be otherwise getting in.
Who makes your Landrover hubs, Alko International is the only supplier I've found so far. I'd like to convert the our 2003 15ft Jayco Freedom Outback Pop top caravan, sorry no pics yet we just bought it, we're off in early January, I keep getting told to 'Chillax'
Love your positive pressure interior.

try Melbourne Trailers (melbournetrailers.com.au - i think)
$167.20 each for 10" electric brake hubs with 16mm studs (not 5/8ths like alko) and about $45 delivery (for two) to maitland NSW.
