We really liked the 440 but the extra 0.5m length makes huge difference to the internal size and allows one of the beds to be a full king, otherwise really only two queens. We also wanted enough room for the dog to sleep inside... Once a lifetime purchase for sure.

The other thing that gave us confidence is that resale prices for the older models are amazingly good so if it all goes to pot we will get a good chunk of change back.

Now that you say that i certainly think i would like the king size bed over a queen haha its a killer going from a king at home to a queen!! As you said they are certainly a big investment and you pay about the same take out the fuel cell and your at about $78k so you do pay about the same for a decent van and they wouldnt be as good as a trailer and I've seen they are really good at holding their value!!
