no point with the gal as you'll strip it in 12 months anyway for the next project

Well, chassis is on its side, dry out for paint tomorrow, so onto the firewall

Replace the clutch master, what a dog of a set up

Then new booster, hmmm, late type, with new master to suit disc brake, different PCD, littl work with a scribe and drill and that's sorted, but alas, 12mm, difference in mounting/pin position, so will get some spacers blown out on a profile cutter in town

Not much more I can tell. I know people who have needed one in the line to the rear when converting to rear discs. Apparently volvo make one which can be adjusted (when dismantled - which is legal - unliike the externally adjustable willwood type).

I don't think the defenders have one, but I think it is incorporated into the valve block on the lower firewall below the MC.

I am about to convert to rear discs too, but was gooing to suck it and see if the rears lock up before the fronts.

I was figuring that fitting the disc master cylinder should be ok, hmm, time will tell

The Nissan Hardbodies had an adjustable load proportioning valve that used the rear diff to deck height as a measurement: the heavier the load, the lower the deack, therefore more brake-force was applied.

They should be cheap as chips, and would be easy to install, as well as legal?

Plenty of vehicle I can source a load leveller off here in Aus, lots of toyota's had them, but not sure their will be a need, I'm hoping with everything factory to suit discs it should be ok,
