    I don't think we can delete the whole post.
    Just edit the text to say something like:

    both my rears fell off, one of them somewhere on the m5, i asked the dealer to replace it on warranty and was told i would have to produce the defective part unless they could not replace it. Apparently if bits fall off and you dont catch them you have to pay

    I didn't present my missing front mudflap for my warranty claim - I couldn't, it was missing

    They also tried to tell me I'd have to pay for it coz' I must have hit something to rip it off - stared them down on that one.

    Mudflaps that fall off on the highway have been incorrectly fitted (and are a bloody saftey hazard to poor ****** on motor bikes (like me on occasion)) - I'd point both these things out to them in no uncertain terms.

    Some pics of what's left might help to determine if they were fitted properly or not - these combined with some pics of how it should have been done could be used to set the dealer straight.
