Thread: Xrox bar added to Puma

Hi Greenhornet

Did you get your bar from Gordon?
I ordered my XRox bar at the Sydney 4wd expo at Eastern Creek,it took 7 week to arrive And when it did finally arrive,the front swivel recovery points weren't on the bar.Told that they had finally tracked some down,and that Gordon had ordered some,and they would get them from him and send to me.At least another 2 weeks wait.
But I did fit the bar,and it does fit well,except 4 10mm nuts /bolts and washers were missing.
To say I am a little disappointed is an understatement.

Yours looks good,with all the bits on it.I was told that Gordon sold the bar off his truck,that is why I asked.

hope i dont get killed,, BUT, i gota say im not that keen on it it just seem to sit to low at the front, tho saying that it dose look like one strong bar, time for winch and spotties

Sorry to say, but I agree with Stig and Dobbo's comments too. It looks nicely made but the styling / design doesn't suit the car at all imo, but my opinion is irrelevant really!

feel bad now iv started this hate move on it, looks well made and all, just not for me, good to see something different tho,

come on guys, don't be too hard, greenhornet loves it.

low....it doesn't look any lower the an arb or tjm bar, it think the bash plate thingy that makes it look low

i'm sure greenhornet will give us an update as time goes on

I'm a "form follows function" person.

For me it goes like this:

Leaving the wings exposed to roo strikes worries me and then I need to mount the lights, the winch and the aerial.

After that am I concerned about the compromised approached angle.

But greenhornet has his own criteria and I respect that.
