    How many kids?

I'm in the market for new shocks.

Maybe the man sized red ones were these:

    Mahn England

    DEFENDER 110 D300 SE '23 (the S M E G)

Ex DEFENDER 110 wagon '08 (the Kelvinator)

Hmm - that might have been them... I can check when my mate gets back into town - the rears are still intact and fitted.

I had them on my defender when the originals wore out,one lasted a week and the eye snapped off and another dumped it gas and pedders refused to replace them because I fitted them. Pat

I was looking at the terrafirmas from lucky8 but didn't want a twin tube design. I know it's an extra $200- but the 7100 bilsteins (non reservoir) will pay for themselves in longevity. Plus they're rebuildable/revalvable.

When I got a quote last year for Terrafirma Big Bore Expedition shocks, they were about $150 each. I paid less than that for Bilsteins from the USA.

    1973 Series III LWB 1983 - 2006
    1998 300 Tdi Defender Trayback 2006 - often fitted with a Trayon slide-on camper.

Mate I'll PM you the price as I belive the forum has request not to quote prices openly. (I'm happy to quote the price if that's OK)

I also priced the TA twin barel and was under the $150 quoted
