I should have added my post that I had no idea that I wasn't in the 110km zone - probably that bloody white van blocked out the sign from the left.I wondered about fighting it but decided to move on.
not sure if you could use this as a get out of jail card
BUT
my fender's speedo is a good 5klm slower than the GPS. Here I am thinking i'm doing 110 and wondering why everyone is passing me.
Perhaps yours may be fast by 3klm. With a LR anything s possible.

They can fly, just received similar photo. Not a very good photo, but they still want $200 for it. Must find a JP and sign it over to my lead footed wife who couldn't wait to get home from work.
I feel your pain...
Just received one in the mail.
Liverpool Rd NSW. Loaded trailer 2500Kg, travelling slow to be safe on damp road in traffic. Green turned amber just as I entered the intersection, couldn't clear the intersection in the 4 seconds of amber. FLASH! $330 thank you.
Jeez- welcome to NSW.
Terry
The only problem with that is,that there is no 110Kph westbound on the M4 prior to the 90KM speed camera. And to not see the big signs that tell you the camera is in front, you must have really had to be concentrating keeping the flying Puma on course.I see people zoom through that same camera every day.

The speed limit changes from 110km/h to 100km/h west of the M7/M4 junction at least 10km before the change to 90km/h.

My understanding of red light cameras is that once the light is red, anything crossing the last white line (before entering the intersection) will trigger the camera. I suggest the trailer axle triggered the camera and is worth getting the photo and fighting. As you've stated, wet road surface, travelling below speed, safer to proceed rather than risk sliding through intersection, jack-knifing trailer due to heavy braking, someone sliding up ya butt etc.
Worth finding out if camera was also a speed camera, this will prove your speed at the time.
