All is well now and my car is chugging along happily. Thanks all to your uplifting comments - really made my week and it's great to know that there are some followers out there and that I'm really not writing to no-one. Thank you.

Yes Land rovers are a great car but don't be so nieve to think that it is the be all and end all.

Your comment stood out to me as did Hymie's and it took me sometime to side with Hymie on this one. Although the Bosch VE injector pump is not dissimilar that of many other vehicles (including Japanese cars) I think that it'd be very difficult to route a fuel line out of the bonnet on a Japanese vehicle. So there!

And yes, I'm running on straight veggy oil and loving the freedom.
