I got two waves today , one from a white 139 between Endeavour Hills and Rowville , and the second from a little bot standing on the footpath , near where I live , they both got a wave back !!..Jim![]()
What a great day for waves today. First exchanged waves with a Keswick110 on Burns Rd when he was two cars behind. Then again when he turned off onto Bobbin hard Rd. Not long after as we joined the M1, we overtook a black 110 towing a schmicko trailer. Waves exchanged. Almost immediately after that two more Defenders coming the other way in quick succession, exchanged waves again. Later, on the way home on the M1. exchanged waves with a white 130. Such joy!!![]()

I achieved an impressive 5 in the space of about 15mins yesterday morning along Pittwater Road. They must be breeding them on the northern beaches! From Newport to Whale Beach it was wham bam, thank you ma'am. 100% strike rate with waves.![]()
Shame it wasn't you. It was about Lunch time.
And the waves kept coming up that way today. Heading home from Beacon Hill, I stopped, at the lights where Babbage swings into Boundary at Roseville, behind a Corris 110 with a Gnarly looking Yammy powered Bucket Racer by Deus ex machina, hanging on a bracket at the back. Cool.
Got a good solid wave from him and a return from a white 130 DC tray back on the Bradfield Highway.
Cheers, Billy.

I'll be taking the inland route from Melbourne to Brisbane this Friday night, Saturday and possibly Sunday, so if anyone sees a white 110 with black pack, that's me - happy to pull into a petrol station and chat if convenient.
M31 to the M39 to the A39 to the A2 to the M2.

I saw a nifty Defender 90 Adventure in Phoenix orange on the way to work this morning, along with a hearty wave from the driver.
Lucky I was wearing sunglasses! It's a bright little beast to look at!
Just beware the dreaded Wallan services if you're not familiar with it: Static Electricity and Puma Immobilised !
Enjoy the Newell, one of our fav drives on the black stuff. Greenbah camp ground in the Goobang National Park is a great place to overnight on the way up/back.
