following starting difficulties , took the eldest grand kid for a ride in Woodstock around to the local community hall. A couple of minutes after arrival and halfway around the walking track heard a familiar whine from the road, the GK said - Wow look , another Land Rover and started jumping up and down waving. A rather nice s3 Shorty came and went and I was thinking If I had been a bit slower en route I'd have passed it and got a nice fat wave in , bugger!...........

Then I remembered I was driving my Toyota Corolla hire car... with QLD plates to boot!!! :D:D

Got a wave from a Perentie and a Series II near Katoomba yesterday. People here in and near Syndney are quite into the wave; maybe one in ten who doesn't wave or wave back.
