Thread: Where's the Defender wave gone?

Great return wave from the young chap in the dark red, with white roof, dual cab 130. It was at 4:10pm in Mountain Highway, I think in Bayswater. Is this chap on here? I see him quite often and always get a return wave.

A mixed bag of wave responses in the last 24 hours. A huge wave from from west bound white 110 yesterday afternoon passing the polo grounds at Richmond, but this morning a blank look from a Maroon extreme 110 BML888 (with overdrive) in the north Richmond village car park. Then 5 mins later a white Puma shorty drove right past with both of us waving but the didn't notice us. Oh well 1 out of 3 better than none.

I love how many Defenders I see in Richmond but the wave return does tend to be a little hit-and-miss. If ever you don't get one back from me in Monty, it's simply because i'm not paying attention ;-)

Yeah I am going to jump on the back of your pre-emptive note, seeing as "suits in Defenders" have such a bad reputation for (not) waving, and say that in my daily Sydney commute if I miss a wave opportunity it won't be because of the suit.

Returns on my waves have been somewhat hit&miss lately too. Even taken to waving at disco drivers hoping for returns.

Near Adelaide airport yesterday, nice wave from a SII ambulance....and then a wave from what looked 67Hardtop at outer harbor boat ramp, playing with his radio controlled car.
