Thread: Where's the Defender wave gone?

following starting difficulties , took the eldest grand kid for a ride in Woodstock around to the local community hall. A couple of minutes after arrival and halfway around the walking track heard a familiar whine from the road, the GK said - Wow look , another Land Rover and started jumping up and down waving. A rather nice s3 Shorty came and went and I was thinking If I had been a bit slower en route I'd have passed it and got a nice fat wave in , bugger!...........

I waved and waved at you today driving though Rosebud... you just drove on by!

Then I remembered I was driving my Toyota Corolla hire car... with QLD plates to boot!!!

I think that's what happens when you type in Toyota with auto-correct on. At least that's what it's starting to feel like around here.

We got a big wave at Boonah, you might have gone past him, he came out of the markets toward us. It was a series ute with a home made canopy. Then there was Puma on one of the roads who waved at me and another Puma joined us from Beaudesert to the coast on the way home. Perhaps you didn't see them riding so high in the 101 Should'a gone to spec savers
